In addition to my private studio, I work with some pretty incredible musical organizations!

I also love to partner with businesses! If my students can benefit from a business, and their clients can benefit from singing, I love to make a connection. Do you have a business that might work as a partner? Send me a message!

I was vocalist doing some Yodeling for FIVE episodes(!) (Including the pleasure of singing with my wife, Alexis Di Gregorio in the finale!

I was an actor doing some background as a resident of the building.

Dan got to be the Vocal Coach for More Than This!

More Than This is an original short film from director Chris Sarfin, featuring the original music of Stephen Schwartz (Wicked) and Dean Pitchford (Footloose).

Dan got to coach singer, Easton Ulrich at the Paramount Recording Studios in Los Angeles.

The film premiered in Hollywood at the Broadwater Main Stage.

Dan recently had the opportunity to coach on the Jennifer Hudson Show!

Jack and Dad are a truly amazing musical duo out of Washington State. Jack's dreamy Vocals combined with Dad's exceptional Guitar playing are incredible, but doing all this while overcoming Jack's Level 2 Autism makes all that they do extra special. Being a part of Jack's Musical Journey has been an absolute joy!

It is no surprise they've gone mega-viral. They were in LA with an opportunity to sing on the JHud Show and brought me with them to coach them through the vocals, and the general experience.

They absolutely NAILED it! You can see the performance HERE!

DFVS is excited to announce an affiliation with The Balanced Singer! The Balanced Singer is an associate company with my continued education organization, the Institute for Vocal Advancement, and is run by many of IVA's Master Teachers and Ambassadors. The Balanced Singer is a great resource for additional informative instructional videos for helping improve your voice and educate yourself about your instrument, outside of our lessons together.

Dan has graduated from the Institute for Vocal Advancement (IVA), a world renowned teacher training / continued education program! Dan is currently certified as a graduate with distinction and is continuing to learn more through its continued educaiton and rigorous course study.

The IVA Technique is based on 17th and 18th century principles of singing developed by the Old Italian School of Singing. Its goal is to train voices to sing in a free and natural manner, smoothly, from the bottom of the range to the top with no breaks or sudden changes in quality. Training in this technique gives the singer access to all dynamics, with tonal clarity and flexibility.

Training in this technique helps to improve a singer's range, endurance, stamina, breath control, resonance, vocal strength, and vocal quality across all styles of music without fatigue or damage to the voice. Results are accomplished by training the singer to find a balance between airflow and intrinsic muscular resistance, all within a resting laryngeal posture.

Dan Faber Vocal Studio has joined a phenomenal list of partners with Massage Therapist, Neela Kohli!

Connect with Neela HERE!

Neela often works with singers dealing with severe tension affecting the extrinsic muscles of the vocal mechanism. One of her services is a Jaw, Neck, and Shoulder massage. Neela says, “perhaps you're a professional singer with some jaw or tongue tension and you're looking for help retraining those muscles…we will focus not only on the muscles of the jaw from the outside as well as with gloved intraoral technique, but the muscles of the neck and shoulders…” This therapy could be essential for any singer!

Click HERE to see a video of what one will experience with Neela, and why its such a valuable session for singers. Featured on this video is one my mentors, IVA Ambassador Chelsea Wilson! Be sure to check out The Balanced Singer as an additional resource for your education!
